在基地上方高壓電塔的高度限制下，本案利用經典高效率的H型配置發展出低矮的垂直合院架構，為老人醫養中心提供空中療癒花園、四向不同風景、連貫式通風與最大化採光。

With regional electric tower crossing the site and limiting building height, this lower massing healthcare project developed from the typical efficient H-shape layout defines a new spatial courtyard structure to bring vertical healing gardens, maximized natural light, cross ventilation and four-side views for an new elderly medical and care center.
