本案於舊有的加強磚造建築上置入一鋼構的觀景台，於山區濕冷的冬天提供溫暖的度假空間。外觀立面呼應全區紅瓦屋頂，並延伸成為獨特的立面。

The project inserted a new view deck steel structure into a brick-reinforced RC structure, to provide a warm vacation space during winter in mountain area. Common in the community, the red tiles extend from roof to elevation and creates a new modern façade.
