池上蒸餾所 Whisky Distillery Chishang

本案探索了工業建築與人之間的關係，一種幾何與自然的對話。裝置化的圓形蒸餾建築包容了威士忌製酒與儲酒空間，展示廊道，訪客動線，蒸餾花園與圍牆。蒸餾花園區的噴霧裝置提供了訪客一種特殊的氛圍。基地周圍則引入了麥芽種植的庭院，並以一種軟著陸的方式落地此一巨大的水平量體。

The project explores the relationship between industrial architecture and people, a dialogue between geometry and nature. An architectural distilling installation packs up whisky producing space, whisky storage space, whisky gallery, visitor ramp, Distilling Garden and bounding wall into a single circular shape building. Distilling Garden with fog installation linking to the process of whisky making makes a unique atmosphere for visitors. For the landscape of a whisky distillery, Malt Garden is introduced to the open space to soft land the big horizontal massing.
